BUSINESS DATA MIGRATION EXPERT - DIRECT PROCUREMENT

About the Role Location.
Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid As the Business Data Migration expert – Procurement, you will perform business related tasks of data migration activities on the assigned data objects in both Direct as well as Indirect Procurement area.
You will be responsible for data migration activities related to Direct Procurement data in a deployment (above-country).
You will act as the functional point of contact for data migration on the assigned data objects.
Your Key Responsibilities.
• Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
• Ensure Direct Procurement data cleansing tasks are completed on time • Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time • Work together with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings • Build and maintain master lists if applicable for assigned objects • Provide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s) for assigned data objects • Ensure Direct Procurement data readiness & verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects • Verify that data is fit for purpose (incl.
alignment with internal/external stakeholders) • Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients where applicable for assigned objects • Execution and approval of data verification scripts Diversity & Inclusion / EEO We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
Role Requirements • Demonstrable understanding about the business processes in Direct Procurement area (vendors, purchase order process) • Strong communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management • 7+ years in country & global roles • Proficient English (additional languages preferred) • Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues) • Strong Excel Skills • ERP project implementation experience preferred • Data Migration experience preferred Why Novartis?
