Be the bridge between Talent Acquisition teams and IT development teams.
Will raise opportunities regarding the Recruiting / Onboarding / PDP modules of SuccessFactors and translate these opportunities to the technical team.
It will be responsible for ensuring that such improvements happen and also for governance.
Experience and knowledge required.
Bachelor's degree 2+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in IS/IT Human Resources functional area.
knowledge of SuccessFactors (specifically the recruiting / onboarding and PDP modules) and SAP HCM modules.
Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
Understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
Understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.
Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.
Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.
Experience with Service Now desirable.
Main responsibilities.
Capture opportunities in the successfactors Onboarding / Recruiting and PDP modules together with interested teams.
Translate these opportunities to the development team through a detailed document of the process and what should be improved.
Register orders using internal tools such as Service Now.
Participate in global meetings with the development team to explain the opportunities raised.
Train and answer questions about these modules for talent teams.
