We are currently searching for a Business Analyst – CRM D365.
Responsibilities Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar solution Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills High-motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently Requirements Well-versed in SQL and Relational Databases Strong project management capabilities with the ability to multi - task Knowledge of Microsoft CRM System is a great plus.
Implementation or migration experience with any CRM or ERP project.
Desired 3+ years of BA experience with any of CRM platform is preferred 3+ Years of CRM (D365) Support Experience 3+ Years of Data Analysis Experience A gile SAFe certification or a similar Agile certification would be advantageous Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
