BUSINESS ANALYST

Description & Requirements The Job.
Join Epicor as a Business Analyst! You'll be pivotal in gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, ensuring our solutions perfectly align with their needs in collaboration with the Development team.
What you will be doing.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, and developers to grasp and define product requirements, potentially involving direct customer interaction.
Craft comprehensive business and customer requirements, detailing scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
Produce precise specification documents including customer profiles, detailed user stories (or design specifications), and product changes based on prioritized requirements.
Conduct business process analysis for roadmap features, encompassing workflow, feature set, and value proposition.
Execute acceptance testing throughout the development cycle.
Engage in discussions with development teams regarding features and requirements, liaising with the Product Management team when necessary.
Conduct demonstrations of new features.
Work closely with 1-2 development teams.
What you will likely bring.
1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to foster teamwork.
Customer/client orientation.
