It is a management services company that helps around 200+ properties in the US and is already considered one of the best management companies in the southeast region of the United States.
As a Billing Analyst, your main responsibilities will be.
Verifying accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
Resolving account discrepancies by investigating documentation and issuing stop payments and adjustments.
Generating refund check requests.
Reviewing homeowner accounts and process voids/adjustments.
Changing the account owner in the system.
Filling out formats to support the escrow department, and verifying documents.
Schedule.
Monday to Friday.
Regular Schedule.
