As a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will manage our collections process and will have the opportunity to understand the overall Shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities.
Manage collections for our internal customers (countries, clusters, business units).
Perform customer-trends analysis, required payments, and dispute resolution.
Align processes with internal teams (such as cash applications, invoicing, disputes management, and sales, among others) to ensure a timely resolution of our customers’ queries and issues.
Maintain close contact with our customers via outbound telephone calls and other forms of communication to manage queries, requests, and disputes, among others.
Highlight potential risks on customers' accounts and proactively create action plans to mitigate said risks.
We are looking for.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B (business-to-business) collections and/or order-to-cash processes.
Strong experience using SAP Previous experience in sales or customer service in call centers and/or as BPO (business process outsourcing) is preferred.
English Level (oral and written).
Advanced (Required) Academic background in Finance, Accounting, commercial degrees or related fields.
