am to pm Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between business areas and IT project teams (Application Development and Q A) to ensure products applications support the business needs.
Understand and analyze our in house systems and product suite and provide subject matter expertise to our clients and development teams.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives Prepare business requirements documentation, develop process flow models, and use cases making dashboards for requirements Work within an Agile, Scrum based, environment Build and maintain accurate User Stories with User Acceptance criteria that will be used by developers, testers and shared with client to ensure that business value is effectively captured and realized Work with Scrum team members to determine implementation trade offs that improve value and reduce cost while respecting the business requirement.
Create supporting technical documentation (matrices, sample calculations, field definitions, flow diagrams) Participate in requirements analysis, documentation of User Stories and development of acceptance criteria Support and collaborate with the development team during the implementation of the requirements to clarify and refine User Stories Requirements Fluent english is a must Education related to data analyst bases is preferred Previous experience as a data analyst is an asset Report Generation.
Possesses the ability to generate simple reports using basic functions in software and or writing basic queries Knowledge of dashboards from the scratch in power bi or and tableau Transportation industry experience is an asset Availability to work in a fast work environment Willingness to work in an office environment that is open days a year Benefits We offer competitive pay package.
