The main responsibilities include but are not limited to
Act as Betbuss primary point of contact for all Mexico stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, business partners, and local communities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to organise local marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence in Mexico
Compile and manage the annual Online Sports Betting operating and capex budgets
Managing local team, holding the key leadership position
Recruit and manage relationships with local affiliates, optimising partnerships for mutual success
Defining and understanding customer needs, acting as the key stakeholder for product localisation. Working closely with product team to improve product localization and ensuring alignment with local preferences and regulations
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to monitor position in the market and find opportunities for enhancement market share
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in online gambling operations in Mexico
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
Detailed knowledge of the local market, competitors, regulatory framework, licensing requirements, reporting
Understanding of Mexican Labour and Gaming Law
Excellent English and Spanish
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team
Ability to prepare, understand and analyse business strategies, financial statements and business plans to drive results.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Proven managerial, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Good oral and written communication skills and strong report writing ability
Ability to exercise independent judgement within established policies
