Based in Rosslyn, South Africa in one of the biggest manufacturing plants in the region and reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Quality Management System, ISO Audits (internal and External).
Also to work in a multicultural, FMCG organization and you are passionate about Quality Management processes.
Responsibilities.
Inspect, test and release all incoming raw & packing materials after the required testing and verification.
Ensure that analysis conforms to SCJ specifications.
Test (physical, chemical & Micro) the Finish product and release on SAP after ensuring compliance with SCJ specifications Learn, develop and lead laboratory analysis in case of a business need Track supplier performance and complaints and work to improve their capabilities to deliver defect free raw & packing materials Assist Quality Manager or delegate in the investigations and troubleshooting of quality problems encountered in all incoming Raw and Pack materials Maintain and keep quality records of all incoming Raw & Packaging materials and finished product batches.
Provide inspection record data base to maintain traceability of materials used for individual products.
Stores record and retain samples in area accessible to quality audit.
Ensure all Lab system and SOP are maintained up to date and they are applied correctly Experience you'll bring.
CIPS Diploma or equivalent qualification Knowledge of SAP 3 years' relevant experience 2-3 years nce Microbiology experience Behaviours you'll need.
