AFTERSALES ECOMMERCE BI DATA SENIOR SPECIALIST

This position is on the Sales Finance facing team.
The Sr.
Analyst is someone who is very curious on what the data might reveal, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and a can do attitude.
The Sr.
Analyst has a passion for digging into the data to help answer complex business questions by leveraging insights generated from our sales finance data.
Job Requirements.
Lead programs and projects in building analytic insights and solutions within Sales Finance.
Generate solution options through collaboration among the business unit, information systems core team, and the information systems vendor's global services.
Display thought leadership by developing strategic roadmaps for building new analytic capabilities for Sales Finance.
Using Tableau, generate insights and recommendations based upon analysis.
Demonstrated both a strong business sense and high logic programming skills.
Provide excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Present clear, concise recommendations to executive level.
Specializes in Data Management & Analytics, requiring functional and technical knowledge, including data architecture, data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics.
Responsible for investigating processes, technology, and strategy while identifying options for improving and bridging the needs of the business with the use of Information Systems and Technology as an internal consultant Lead the analysis in resolving incidents as they occur by working with multiple third party vendors to ensure maintenance and support is carried out effectively among all parties Understand, interpret, and suggest resolution to technical issues and communicates these issues effectively to management,and peers Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs ETL – Talend, etc.

Data Quality Master Data Management Databases/data analysis – e.

Snowflake Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL, OLAP, PL/SQL, agile/scrum and waterfall project management methodologies Ability to lead the team’s efforts to implement approved actions and workarounds with vendors minimizing risk.
Work independently with users to define concepts under minimal direction Execute detailed data mining and analysis and validate findings per system requirements Technical troubleshooting of detailed data issues to uncover root cause and remediate Review system requirements to ensure data expectations reflect data needs from a business and technical perspective Minimum Qualifications.
Strong analytic solution skills and ability to build and leverage relationships Strong drive to execute on solutions Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills Understanding of Sales Finance (Vehicle Captive Finance) general business concepts 1+ Years developing with Tableau Working knowledge and/or experience with the following technologies desired.
ETL – (Talend, Informatica) Data Warehouse/BI/Analytics – (Business Objects, Cognos, Lumira, Tableau, etc.) Databases/data analysis – (Snowflake, RDBMS, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL, MS Access, OLAP, PL/SQL) 10 Years overall IS/IT experience with at least.
5 years combination of application development and/or systems architect experience.
5 years’ experience in working with various third party vendors with COTS applications.
Prior experience working with off-shore personnel is a plus.
1 year experience with snowflake and Talend is a plus.
Cloud based data management is a plus Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced English Level.
