ACCOUNTING ANALYST DEDUCTIONS JOB DETAILS | KELLANOVA

You’ll be responsible for executing activities of the assigned financial & administrative processes to provide high quality services to internal clients.
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.
Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing    Principal Activity.
Perform basic transactional accounting, financial and administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies, internal procedures and statutory requirements; identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to the supervisor.
Deductions and Clearing Notes.
Clear deductions versus credit notes, reconcile and request credit memos from sales, marketing, logistics, and legal teams, and provide visibility of open valid deductions to key users.
Reporting.
Generation and explanation of reports, deductions status reports, valid or invalid deductions and fulfil requirements for internal and external auditing.
Accounting and Operations.
Deliver accurate and timely financial and managerial reporting with some supervision; Ask questions and displays intellectual curiosity in order to increase understanding of accounting fundamentals, the Kellanova business and internal processes.
We’re Looking for Someone With   Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related.
English intermediate.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or as deduction analyst, collection analyst or invoice to cash.
Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel.
Strong accountable skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented.
