Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations balance long term strategies and short term imperatives to optimise their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organisation’s business objectives.
We help enhance organisations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programmes from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery.
Our team's roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management.
Additionally our team processes services such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

C1 Level Preferred Qualifications.

Business (Finance, Accounting, MIS, Economics, etc.), Engineering, Computer Science Preferred Experience.
1 Year of Experience with Project Management Certification(s) Preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Preferred Knowledge/Skills.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in planning and execution management, for a Big 4 or like consulting organization, specifically for large global clients, including the following areas.
Planning and Execution Management Executing project governance Managing projects and/or resources Utilizing an accurate view of project schedules to drive execution and plan effectively Identifying the anticipated impact to project delivery through an effective risk management process Ensuring proper change management guardrails Monitoring time charging practices and establish proper code usage Coordinating of team activities Reporting on and acting upon the process metrics reported Financial & Value Management Assisting with financial projections preparation Assisting in the preparation of Team budget templates Investigating deviations in actuals and follow up with individuals with issues or questions Asset Management Working knowledge of asset management processes and procedures Developing training and support materials Communication & Knowledge Demonstrating proven research ability Supporting business development initiatives Measuring and reporting metrics such as KPIs and OKRs Creating dashboards and status reports Identifying deficiencies and action plans to address those deficiencies Improving the data quality of the information domain they oversee Understanding Managed Services and SLA based support model Educación (si está en blanco, grado y/o campo de estudio no especificado) Degrees/Field of Study required.
