HIGHLIGHTS:	Creation	and	design	of	a	new	modern	and	usable	user	experience	and	interphase	for Oracle	applications	like PerfectO	and	Jarvis	from	scratch,	re-design	of	the	UI,	UX,	logotype,	icons, color	palette	and	the	mobile	view	of	the applications.

Prototyping	of	mockups	for	internal	applications,	creating	and	innovating	with	modern,	clean	and professional	layouts,	and providing	a	better	UI/UX	experience.

•The	Role	of	the	UX	Designer	is	to	keep	DocEng	Oracle	applications	up	to	the	vanguard	of	today´s UI	and	UX	standards	and patterns.

•Help	and	suggest	improvements	to	the	different	DocEng	applications	when	needed.

• Tasks	can	be	from	designing	a	new	simple	icon,	suggesting	new	colors,	re-designing	an	especific section	or	re-design	the entire	UI	of	a	given	application.	Other	times	it	could	be	start	designing from	scratch	if	the	application	is	a	new implementation.	

• Extra	tasks	can	be	helping	other	departments	with	the	creation	or	design	of	logotypes	and	images fixing	or	correction.

• Keep	UI/UX	design	patterns	up	to	date	inside	our	Confluence	community	(if	any	new	design implementation)	and	make sure	all	applications	meet	the	correct	design	standards. 

• Task	analysis,	research	for	requirements	and	delivering	detailed	mockups	to	the	business	analysts of	the	Project	and	once approved,	the	designs	are	sent	to	the	development	team	in	order	for	them to	do	the	implementation. 

UX/UI	designer and developer	responsible	for	websites	from	IBM	Middleware	and	Systems	division, Digital	Services	Group	organization.

• Prototyped	visually	16	new	websites	in	2016	for	Middleware	that	were	highly	praised	in	IBM	Las Vegas	Interconnect	event by	stakeholders	and	users	for	their	modern	look	and	feel,	usability	and experience	for	the	users. 

• Accesibility	training	to	meet	the	standards	for	IBM	internal	websites	and	applications.

• Drove	best	practice	implementations	for	UX	Design	in	DSG	area.
• Agile	Scrum	methodology	teams	with	daily	stand	up	meetings	to	meet	goals,	discuss	sprint	goals and	issues.

• Designed	and	prototyped	high	user	experience	websites	for	IBM	Systems	implementing	the	new v18	IBM	responsive framework. 

• Task	analysis,	meeting	with	product	owners	and	project	managers	to	discuss	design implementations.

HIGHLIGHTS:	Led	a	small	team	of	four	members	in	an	Agile	scrum	environment	to	fully	prototype and	re-design	the	GTT Latin	American	IBM	Site	(Global	Test	Tube)	that	was	a	huge	success	in Mexico,	Argentina	and	Brazil Ver menos

Website	Designer	responsible	for	the	prototyping	and	design	and	later	mainteinance	of	Latin America´s	biggest	Intranet	HP portal,	LA	Enterprise	HP	Solutions,	which	was	awarded	by	the	HP recognition	program	for	best	layout	and	user	experience from	stakeholders	and	customers.

•Designed	and	created	the	agenda,	registration	portal	and	electronic	survey	as	well	as	hosting	and being	Spanish	interpreter for	Latin	American	customers	in	the	LA	Enterprise	Customer	HP	Event 2013	hosted	in	San	Diego,	California.	High executives	and	company	members	were	really	pleased with	the	event	agenda	and	overall	execution	and	planification.

Drove	best	practice	implementations	and	design	standards	for	HP	GBS	Intranet	and	Websites.

• Part	of	the	fouding	team	of	the	HP	GBS	Career	Path	Program	to	scout	new	talents	and	potential employees	for	HP	GBS	and train	them	in	our	tools,	standards	and	"the	HP	way".
