Responsible of growth and managing collective insurance, through market intelligence strategies, implemented in conjunction with the company's International Pool. Supervising field practices with brokers, agents and direct clients.
This activity allows me to intervene in the monitoring of potential businesses through interaction with different areas, with the main objective of increasing sales, their retention, in addition to guaranteeing the excellence of our services and value offer. Currently I manage a portfolio of 1,060 million pesos.

Achievements:

• Promoting the development of my team and skills of each collaborator, I exceeded the sales goal at the end of 2019 with 178% compliance, by more than 190 MDP. In August 2020, we reached our annual sales goal, closing the indicator at 187%.
• I have ratified a margin of renewal for my portfolio of more than 97% since I arrived at the company in 2014.
• As the International Business responsible, I have jointly coordinated with Actuary and Legal areas, the updating of commercial contracts under the regulation established by Solvency II.
• I secured the acquisition of new businesses through the management in our International Pooling, giving an additional value over the international market offers.
• I exceeded the income of 85 MDP of new premiums during my first year in the company, and I exceeded the sales targets assigned since 2015 to date.
• The early monitoring of potential clients has allowed me to acquire new business for more than 90 MDP that have been with other insurers for more than 15 years.
• In 2015 I changed the negative profitability of the portfolio that was assigned to me in 2014, and that prior to my management reflected 3 years of loss. From 2016 to date it continues reporting positive profitability.
• I reopened lost business channels in different states of the country, getting new premiums through them and with effective results in less than 3 months.
• Through technical arguments, I achieved the acceptance of potential businesses rejected in the first instance by the subscription's national deputy direction, which are profitable to the date.
• As responsible of the company's employee policy and through a technical analysis of the benefits granted, I proposed a change in the scheme of the provision to the Executive Human Resources Direction, in April 2017 it began its implementation improving cost-benefit. 
• Leading and making use of the strengths of the operational areas, I developed conservation indicators and new businesses, through customer service and follow-up strategies after sales.

Monthly audit of the progress in the agreed action plans to attend the observations derived from my review of operational processes in different areas.

Achievements:

• Strong improvement in the rating given to the company by CONDUSEF, which was achieved through the timely response to its requirements.
• I optimized the monthly closures through a mapping of the process carried out by different areas, identifying unnecessary processes.
• Coordinating and implementing the methodology for the calculation of the risk reserves in progress, it was possible to avoid the imposition of new fines by the CNSF.

The primary objective of this project, was to carry out the registration of the products operated at the time by the company through the CNSF, technically supporting their pricing methods, once analyzing the impact of the changes established by the CUSF.

Achievements:

• The company's products were registered on time and without observations before the CNSF.
• It was possible to develop our own methodology for the calculation of the reserves IBNR.
• Through the development of tools for monitoring production, new business, conservation and accident rate of the company's portfolio, I obtained the registration and approval of my professional exam.
