Tech support levels 1 and 2 for end user Dupont Company located in Brazil. Even the job performance is in Portuguese all the ticket documentation and supervisors interacting are in English, so we use both languages skills. 
Tasks performed: Active directory registers and review information. Password reset and account unlocks. End user guidance for internal tools. VPN configurations, local printers mapping and soft support for Microsoft package.  
Documentation. Tracking and escalation of cases not resolved in our scope. Support provide via remote support, email, chat and phone.
