It manager

●	Responsible for all activities in the Data Center, Databases, Call Center and IT Security 
●	Maintain the operation of Servers ( more than 300) and support to users 
●	Design and provide guidance to maintain International Standards for new Data Centers facilities and Data Centers Upgrades also review third party Data Centers to be in compliance with the Corporate Standards and Policies
●	Responsible for the strategy and implementations of ITIL processes such as Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management
●	Maintain the Call Center operation ( 600K Calls per month) 
●	Management of suppliers guaranteeing the delivery of services and equipment
●	Manage the technological platform for the improvement and innovation of processes and services
●	Define and manage IT Disaster Recovery Strategy for the organization
●	Implement the IT Security strategy, deploy IT Security awareness, audits internal and external audits responsible.
●	Analyze proposals and projects to define their financial and technological feasibility as the infrastructure strategy.
●	Implement all Projects, devices, enhancements, and policies to improve user experience and reinforce.
