• Providing support to tests equipments
• Programming tests parameters, debbugin tests working on MES.
• Always applying lean tools like Jidoka, 5S's, Poka-yoke and Kaizen
improving the process.
• Collect and analyze data about the results on the week and share
that information in meetings, spoken in plain language.
• Maintaining equipment.

• Responsible to develop 5S implementation by supporting lean
manufacturing philosophy.
•Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts,
such as standardized work procedures and 5S’s. Build plant lean culture by
influencing, collaborating and communicating with all levels of employees
• Communicate Lean group’s philosophy, vision and expectations.
• Plan, execute and track projects to complete through continuous
improvement (5S).
• Complete other duties as assigned by Management
• Team member for project on eliminating waste using 7 Waste principles.
