Responsibilities:	
•	Responsible for successful execution/delivery of ABB Mexico Enterprise Software projects in areas like: Asset Optimization & Management, Workforce and Operations Management, Real-time Control and Management, Energy Portfolio Management, Technical Mining Operations and Control & Services ; on-time, within budget and as per Contract Agreement. 
•	Run straightforward projects, typically T&M, with budgets up to $1M USD.
•	Sr. Experience on Projects of different size, complexity and contractual types.
•	Plans, monitors and controls project activities, proactively to maximize cash flow.
•	Actively strives to optimize overall resource planning and utilization considering resources within the local and regional organizations.
Main achievements: 
•	Cost Recovery for $2.5 Million USD (with a delay of two years in delivering on customer operations); for 2 Intelligent Mining Solutions (IMS) Projects; CCLAS, the leading laboratory information management system (LIMS) for mining and metal processing and MineMarket, This software provides real-time enterprise visibility across the entire product and logistics process, from ore extraction to product delivery. With this software solution across their mining units, the client increase visibility and drive efficiency with a time and cost of up to 20 percent.
•	Currently managed projects for Energy, Utilities & Mining sectors. ERP ABB Ability™ Ellipse® implementations.
•	I manage a project for an Energy Company in México, contract value 9M usd, consists of the provision of Integral Maintenance Services to EMS / SCADA systems to deliver specialized preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software, for all the EMS / SCADA systems, ABB brand, model NETWORK MANAGER R4 (NMR4), installed in a central area, and 8 Area Control Centers (ACC) and in 13 Control Centers Subarea (CCS), distributed in main cities across all México. 

Responsibilities:	
•	Assigns tasks and projects to the Information Systems Personnel (Infrastructure & Development teams) and follow-up the completion of such tasks and projects. Plans, Directs, Guides and Controls the IT department Projects and Activities.
•	Establishes and/or assists in the establishment of goals and objectives for department or area of responsibility. Plans and coordinates organizational activities, establishing priorities and sequences to meet the designate goals and objectives. 
•	Prepares the IT department Annual Business Plan, according to Finance Policy, and follows its implementation; as well procedures and policies.
•	Communicates to PASA PTC/SF, PNA and ASC Japan for Network and Information Systems related matters, including ISM and SOX.
•	Oversees and supports companywide current computer systems expansions and new system introduction.
•	Establishes strategy and maintains system users, user environment, directories and security. 
•	Responsible for the training and development of staff and maintains and improves employee morale.
Main achievements: 
•	Successful Project Implementations in nine months for PanaCIM Software Suite in Reynosa Plant for SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) in 12 production lines. This is a multi-level Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software solution for manufacturing Plants. Including 8 modules: Material Control, Traceability, Production Analysis, Production Monitoring and Dispatch, Production Planning, Material Verification, Maintenance, Product Changeover and Control, and Data Linking.
•	Redesign of 2 Data Center in the Plant and McAllen office & replacing 150 Manufacturing Cisco switches.
•	12 Servers Virtualization VMWare in Plant Data Center.
•	Replace old Panasonic PBX (Telephone System) for a new VoIP Cisco System (350 IP phones).
•	Complete upgrade installation for a CCTV System, for the facility in Reynosa, operated and monitored from McAllen.
•	Recertification ISO-27001. Recertification was obtained for ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 - JIS Q 27001: 2014 with validity from 23 Oct 2014 to 23 Oct 2017 for Panasonic Automotive Systems de México SA de CV (PASMX)

Responsibilities:	
•	Supporting PMO inside Global Technology Services department and serve as a PM for multiple North America Region and Global projects. Define the Project/Program scope and deliverables. Evaluate and maximize program profitability within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. Planning and monitoring of the program stages and work break down structure, managing all activities required to meet program goals including completion of program deliverables. Risk Management. Estimate resources requirements for the program and negotiates them with functional managers and directors.

•	Execution for Hosting, Cost Recovery & on Site Support Projects with different IBM clients like:
The Home Depot, Nokia, Famsa, Cemex, Hipodromo Agua Caliente, Banco Amigo & Banco Ahorro Famsa.
•	IBM CTS (Centralized Technical Support) Mexico Team Leader – Implementation of this initiative within Alfa, GIS, ScotiaBank, MetLife & Office Depot accounts.
•	IBM Project Manager for Visteon Automotive Systems - Manage 2 IS/IT Projects with the Carplastic Plant in Monterrey & 1 for El Paso, Tx. Distribution Center.
•	IBM DCS OSS Team Leader for Schneider Electric Mexico account, Monterrey 3 Plants plus the Tijuana Plant responsibility.
Main achievements:
•	Visits were made to customers in their facilities as well as in the IBM data center; invoicing was recovered in two months for all projects assigned, and continues on track.
•	We fix issues on projects documentation and later we pass QA Audits from Internal QA Department.
•	I'm deployed CTS Initiative from IBM Argentina to IBM Mexico key accounts to improve support service in 23%.
•	Close out of 3 IS/IT Projects on time/budget and CSAT of 97%.
•	Downgrade 20% numbers of on call tickets by combining support from IBM IT resources in Tijuana and Monterrey Schneider Electric facilities.

Responsibilities:
•	I was responsible for managing Information Systems Department, and aligning IT Initiatives to business objectives.
•	Support the automated lines in production MIS. Network Administrator of the LAN, start up  in 4 buildings of the Plants with 4 Novell servers v5 & 1 v6, 1 Windows NT server v4, 2 Windows 2000 & 2 Windows 2003 servers, average 700 workstations and 120 Laptops (IBM with  XP) and 60 HP Laser Printers, daily backups systems, installation and administration of Lotus Notes e-mail, internet, Office and others APPS, software licenses for the company, administration of Avaya telephone equipment, voice mail and call center for all facilities (Definity, Prologix, S8700 and Intuity), Voice over IP. 
•	Mainframe controller equipment with AS-400, Telecommunications Cisco, Bay Networks, 3 Com, SMC, Allied Telesyn, Paradyne. (I was managed contracts with Telmex E1 and AT&T T1 in USA). 
•	Fierce customer service to the follows departments: Manufacturing, Finance, Materials, Quality, H.R., following the corporate standards.  
•	Assets Inventory. 
•	Set department strategy and compliance with IS Budget through the year.

	Main achievements:
•	Establishment and creation of IS Department to support Monterrey Facilities Operations.
•	Installation of Data Centers and all the infrastructure in 3 facilities, including servers, switches, routers and communications links (local and international) with carriers like AT&T and Telmex.
•	Development of 1st intranet page for Monterrey Facilities.
•	Support on yearly basics business inventory, with computers, printers and scanners and introduction of a program to capture data.
•	Installation of 1st voice over IP PBX in SE North America. I received an award and diploma from the team of the North America Telecommunications Department.
•	My MIS team received acknowledgment from the business several times due the successful IS/IT activities to transfer the production lines from Canada and USA to Monterrey.
•	Quickly career development, starting as an IS Engineer, then IS Supervisor and finally IS Manager.
•	Smooth transition to IBM outsourcing deal for IS/IT Monterrey Department, including “due diligences & carve out”; acting as SPOC in the process, without interruptions to business.
