•	Cost Recovery for $2.5 Million USD (with a delay of two years in delivering on customer operations); for 2 Intelligent Mining Solutions (IMS) Projects; CCLAS, the leading laboratory information management system (LIMS) for mining and metal processing and MineMarket, This software provides real-time enterprise visibility across the entire product and logistics process, from ore extraction to product delivery. With this software solution across their mining units, the client increase visibility and drive efficiency with a time and cost of up to 20 percent.
•	Currently managed projects for Energy, Utilities & Mining sectors. ERP ABB Ability™ Ellipse® implementations.
•	I manage a project for an Energy Company in México, contract value 9M usd, consists of the provision of Integral Maintenance Services to EMS / SCADA systems to deliver specialized preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software, for all the EMS / SCADA systems, ABB brand, model NETWORK MANAGER R4 (NMR4), installed in a central area, and 8 Area Control Centers (ACC) and in 13 Control Centers Subarea (CCS), distributed in main cities across all México.

Including 8 modules: Material Control, Traceability, Production Analysis, Production Monitoring and Dispatch, Production Planning, Material Verification, Maintenance, Product Changeover and Control, and Data Linking.
•	Redesign of 2 Data Center in the Plant and McAllen office & replacing 150 Manufacturing Cisco switches.
•	12 Servers Virtualization VMWare in Plant Data Center.
•	Replace old Panasonic PBX (Telephone System) for a new VoIP Cisco System (350 IP phones).
•	Complete upgrade installation for a CCTV System, for the facility in Reynosa, operated and monitored from McAllen.

•	IBM Project Manager for Visteon Automotive Systems - Manage 2 IS/IT Projects with the Carplastic Plant in Monterrey & 1 for El Paso, Tx. Distribution Center.
•	IBM DCS OSS Team Leader for Schneider Electric Mexico account, Monterrey 3 Plants plus the Tijuana Plant responsibility.
Main achievements:
•	Visits were made to customers in their facilities as well as in the IBM data center; invoicing was recovered in two months for all projects assigned, and continues on track.
•	We fix issues on projects documentation and later we pass QA Audits from Internal QA Department.
•	I'm deployed CTS Initiative from IBM Argentina to IBM Mexico key accounts to improve support service in 23%.
•	Close out of 3 IS/IT Projects on time/budget and CSAT of 97%.
•	Downgrade 20% numbers of on call tickets by combining support from IBM IT resources in Tijuana and Monterrey Schneider Electric facilities.

•	I was responsible for managing Information Systems Department, and aligning IT Initiatives to business objectives.
•	Support the automated lines in production MIS.
