As an operations manager my responsabilities are; coordinate my team to complete the goals on time and under the standard cost previusly defined by industrial engineering  making the follow up through the KPI´s, the areas under my responsability are:

1.- Produccion team, must to complete the production plan in daily base with the headcount and materials forecasted.
2.- Manufacturing processes, up date the documents, create the work stations and procedures step by step of the process.
3.- Apply all the test to the products base on the customer requirements.
4.- In coordination with the customer base on the installed capacity, create the daily production plan.
5.- Budget administration for the labor and materials.

In general,  cover the requirements of the ISO9001; ISO14001;  TS16949; STPS etc.
Be key part of the housekeeping, 5 S´s, Kaizen events, Lean Manufacturing, Health & Safety.
Total Headcount; 150 Direct Labor  &  22 Indirect Labor.

As an assembly manager my responsabilities are; coordinate my team to complete the goals on time and under the standard cost previusly defined by industrial engineering  making the follow up through the KPI´s, the areas under my responsability are:

a.-My section has the costumer with more economic impact in the invoicing with around the 45% to 50% of the total invoice.
b.- Produccion team, must to complete the production plan in daily base with the headcount and materials forecasted.
c.- Coordinate my team with; planning team, materials team, warehouse; quality team and others areas everything neccesary to complete the goals.
d.- Budget administration for the labor and materials.
