Manage and coordinate 2 Senior commodity buyers, 2 launch/advanced buyers, 2 MRO buyers, 3 SQEs, 1 Service Buyer (for 3 plants)
 Responsible of advanced purchasing and global sourcing process.
 Develop strategies to generate global and regional synergies
 Launch new plant for Nissan and GM projects, investment of 12 mio USD, bidding of all punching press equipment Develop new suppliers.
 Bidding / Negotiation / Sourcing selection / Reach saving objectives develop suppliers of control units.
 Develop NA related category strategy (covering Mexico Plants aligned with regional and global plants.
 Sourcing process to achieve saving objectives and on time delivery
 Define proper category for related commodities and develop Mexico commodity strategy and align with regional and global.
 Support new business pursuit for all relates plants, support all newly launched projects, and timely report all daily operations activities.
 Buy all new tooling and equipment for stamping & injection process.
 Maintenance & refurbish of all current equipment and tooling.
 Manage 65 M USD
