•	Led and implemented as PMO the Global Procurement Excellence Initiative Tail Project for APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredient) for Latam & Canada sites, coordinating a multidisciplinary global team (Legal, Quality, Finance, Procurement), delivering Year on Year savings as: 2013 £200k, 2014 £340k, 2015 by £330k.
•	Performed the supply risk management (De-risking program) for key APIs, making available second sources for APIs as: Clopidogrel, Rosuvastatin, Rabeprazole, Chlorhexidine Di-gluconate and Montelukast.
•	Supported the R&D, developing new suppliers for New Product Introduction (NPI) by applying corporate compliance criteria which reflected in 4 products launched in 2017.
•	Strategic management of the active ingredients of Latam and Canada, achieved Year on Year (YoY) Price Reduction during 3 consecutive years for APIs: Clopidogrel 23%, Montelukast 15%, Rosuvastatin 41% accumulative, by negotiating with Suppliers.
•	Conducted the Supplier Base Optimized (SBO) reducing by 34% global suppliers, through the supplier consolidation and using global distributors contributing to the simplification of processes.
•	Increased Suppliers working capital by 90 days of payment terms allowing higher Cash Flow.

•	Implemented the Planner Buyer role (Agile Project), transferring the purchasing transactional operations from Procurement to Planning area, transforming the area in a strategic area and a managerial discipline.  
•	Performed for first-time the Risk Management process for Key Site Products: medical critical, consumer & revenue products by creating the Products Packs (evaluating and defining actions to minimize the supply risk of the whole BOMs) and consolidated the supply risk evaluation for direct materials on a regular basis. 
•	Implemented projects as PMO of direct materials as: Cartons size unification, change of complex and expensive dosing pipette by a simple syringe. Savings delivered by £150k. Direct materials management: price negotiation, Effective Contracting (contract management)supply assurance, KPI’s, SRM.
•	Addressed, promoted and used the E-Procurement tools as: Contrak (Contract Management), SourceTrak (Project Management), PlanTrak (Project Planning), Epass (E-bidding, RFI, RFQ) , RiskTrak (risk management) as well as the  OE tools (Foundations, 5's, standard work, root cause analysis, etc.) to improve Procurement processes and reduce operational costs.
•	Latam Champion of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) program by including in Contracts and POs the ABAC clauses and performing Due diligence for Prospective and Retrospective Suppliers and assessing the Supplier Selection justification.

•	Developed and implemented new supply sources for Griseofulvin, Trimebutine (APIs materials) by meeting the Regulatory and manufacturing process, which resulted in COFEPRIS’ approval, allowing the business continuity.
