-	Responsible of the KPI management scorecard tracking the commerce results of the sales executives and supporting the Sales VP in mobilizing the organization
-	Authorizer of loans to customers according to company profit expectations

-	Business partner controller of Marketing Vice-President and fist line directors
-	Lead the financial plan strategy for ATL (Advertising) and BTL (Consumer Activation) expenditures
-	Co-lead the restructuring of the sponsorship strategy, achieving a reduction of 20% of the expenditure
-	Responsible of innovation funnel profitability (i.e. Introduction of Cider Segment in Mexico)
-	Authorizer of the financial investments in beer outlets (i.e. Visibility, draft beer equipment, furniture, etc.)

-	Support Bain & Company consultants in the construction of the Three-year Cost Synergy Plan for Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery. Target achieved in Two-year.

-	Support business valuation of the merge & acquisition (M&A) between FEMSA – Heineken, related to the sale of Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery 
-	Coordinate the financial annual plans of Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery
