Responsible for coordinating financial transactions between the subsidiaries located in Spain, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Colombia, mainly. Consolidation of Financial Statements under IFRS, tax coordination, administrative services, transfer of funds, coordination of international payroll, elaboration and follow-up of the Cash Flow, Coordination of the closing for 2016 and discussion with the Global CFO of the monthly results.

• Review and analysis of the figures for 2016 with the responsible of the accounting figures by location and the annual closing for 2016.
• Coordinate the information with the external auditors the review for 2016 and the closing of the audit with positive opinion.

• Successful accounting closing and financial reporting of the business units during my management. • Obtaining of positive financial opinion for 2016 from external auditors.
• Redesign of the strategy for cash funding between the different companies of the group.

Responsible for: Planning and Financial Management (Cash Flow, Accounts Payable, credit lines, Accounts Receivable, Inventories, Costing, Budgeting, Treasuring, IC, Foreign trade, Tax obligations, Transfer Pricing, Production Planning mainly), Human Resources (Payroll, Administration of benefits to employees, training programs, etc.) and IT (Implementer and administrator of the ERP, development of informatics tool, training to staff, development Business Intelligence software, mainly). Issuing of Financial Statements under USGAAP. Internal and external audit, Tax planning, Fiscal Strategy and transfer pricing. Ensuring the implementation and enforcement of corporate policies and monitoring of internal control for SOX purposes. Analysis of business lines. Designing and managing commercial strategies to generate preventive service contracts and advanced supply of spare parts to customers.
Main achievements:
• I increased both the backlog and revenues. I promoted the delivery of preventive services to clients and at the same time, improve the P&L.
• I established the policy of "Only sales in USD" to eliminate the exchange rate risk.
• I performed a Due Diligence of a Mexican Company in order to constitute the business unit of Thermo Mexico. I established the work plan to startup the
business in coordination with the Commercial Director.
• I implemented 2 ERP’s (Compaq-i in 2009 & Business One from SAP in 2014) for business growth purposes in a time record of 3 and 4 months,
respectively.
• I set the financial strategies to position the company as a business unit part of a global corporation.
• I implemented manufacturing cost reports in order to reduce the cost of sales in a 7%.

• I increased the backlog for the end of 2008 and first quarter of 2009 by negotiating volumes of sales with clients.
• I reduced the manufacturing costs through the negotiation with suppliers.
• I approach to maquila the business lines with small margins and focused the installed capacity to business lines with profit.
• I set fiscal strategies for the recovery of taxes (above $17 million MXN).
• I implemented a distribution report to ensure the proper control of the operation with clients, generating savings for more than $2 million MXN by year. • I developed saving strategies in the areas of external consulting and maintenance, reaching a reduction for an amount of $1 million MXN by year.
