This includes strategy and business analysis, as well as a lot of logic thinking and objective solutions to problems. This requires having the ability of a very flexible and sharp thinking since decisions must be taken at the spot. A very close relationship with the IT team was held.
Redefine business process flow in order to determine which sales territories to adopt, this required new coding and implementation held with the IT team on SQL database.

Analyze member’s requirements in order to update the information we have in the database and the information they have; once the new information or the required changes come to me, I analyze the information and according to the required changes I decided whether we can proceed with this changes or if we escalate it to a next level or a different process. After all the information updates, the decision to renew the member’s policy or not with us, is taken.
