Implement strategic plans and projects to ensure operational
continuity into plant to manufacture phosphoric acids for different concentrations, complying with OSHA standards Industrial Safety and applying TPM methodologies, continuous improvement, 5's, Analyze and implementation RAC (Root Cause Analysis).
Development maintenance programs preventive, predictive and routines for process equipment such as reactors, evaporators, cooling towers, defluorators, industrial water treatment plants, Pumping for potable water and cooling for processes, rotary dryers, rock mills, pryon press filters for acid separation, screw type compressors, reactors, 16 MVA turbine operated with natural gas for steam generation and electric power, Pumping systems for transport sulfuric acid, nitric acid and phosphoric acid with hulled indoor pipes, phosphoric rock band conveyors, trituators, silos and storage tanks for fertilizers. Planning and control Budget and Capex for Projects and Maintenance. Implementation plans to achieve savings by electricity consumption, steam and potable water supply, control costs for wastewater treatment plants and water contaminated with phosphoric acid.
