Head of Engineering and Maintenance
•	Responsible for CapEx and maintenance budget for the site.  Yearly planning, carrying out and monitoring of financial investments
•	Created technical and financial monthly reports, 
•	Followed up and monitored CapEx investment projects and maintained budgets for the operational head of NAFTA in the regional (USA) and in German headquarters.
•	All activities were done in ERP SAP FAM System IM/PS/PM. Key user responsible for the entire system in Mexico, its training program and ensuring its correct operation.

¥	2002-2003 Project leader of mechanics and utilities for the chemical products warehouse in Leon, Guanajuato. CapEx $1.5 million budget. 
¥	2000 Project leader for storage tank installation $0.5 million dollar budget.
¥	1998-1999 Sulfonation process optimization, based on analysis of energy and mass balances, detecting faults in the distillation and cooling processes, which led to the installation of a heat exchanger reducing by the time of processing by 45% CapEx 20 TUSD.
