We are currently searching for a DC Engineer Specialist.
Responsibilities Handle Level 2 analysis.
nvestigate incidents,identify root causes,and create clear bug reports for the development team.
Follow SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while prioritizing and resolving incidents escalated from the service desk.
Develop and maintain documentation for the knowledge base,including how-to guides and troubleshooting articles.
Communicate effectively with various teams daily (Development,IT Support,Product,QA).
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues in desktop and web applications.
Manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
Act as a liaison between clients, product management,and other stakeholders.
Requirements Bachelor's degree (essential).
6+ years of IT experience in L2/L3 support.
4+ years of experience working with.
ET technologies.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the role of a Support Engineer within it.
Experience with bug/incident lifecycle management.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft.
ET Core/6.
/7.
framework.
Deep understanding of Microsoft ASP.
ET (MVC, API), C#, JavaScript, and Angular.
Proficient with REST APIs and client-server architecture.
Knowledge and experience with SQL, including complex queries and optimization.
Experience reading and analyzing logs effectively.
Ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions for customer issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge.
ITIL certification (a plus).
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
