Network engineer

NOC engineer certified as Cisco CCNA R&S who works in shifts 24/7.
Responsibilities: Analyze events, diagnose/report/escalate incidents of Network and Microwave sites.
Local and remote diagnosis to detect network issues and follow up with carriers / field technicians / 2nd level Network Engineers / Security Engineers.
Monitoring of LAN/Wan equipment using the SolarWinds tool.
LAN/WAN Equipment in monitoring: Routers, Switches, Telephony, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, SolarWinds, CCTV system, Tower infrastructure, Microwave Backbone, Servers, TMDS (Train Management Dispatch), AVTEC, CTC, AEI.
Generation of statistics and preparation of weekly and monthly reports (operation and availability).
Validation of LAN / WAN configurations.
Make guidelines of attention/resolution procedures of typical incidents.
