With 130 people: 1 superintendent 16 direct, 114 indirect, site with 1500 employees.
Responsible for customer service, master scheduling, planning, logistics, impo/expo, warehouse operation, transportation, shipping, receiving.
Lead and standardize the process for inventory control, cycle count, and BOM Audits. 

Key achievements
. I Implement the daily meetings and establish the KPIs for each department to track the performance in the    
accountability meeting
. Remove all the past due with customer and achieve the 100% timely delivery. 
. Manage the warehouse implement MIN MAX, cycle count policy to rise the accuracy to 99%.
. Define and implement actions for record integrity in SAP 99%.
. Reducing and eliminate in 80% the obsolete inventory, reduce and drive the excess inventory.
. Implement the WM in the WIP and FG inventory with 100% accuracy.

Reporting to me 8 direct, planning, customer service, master scheduling, 60 indirect people, manufacturing site with 700 employees
Lead the development, implementation, and alignment of materials planning, inventory management activities working closely with Operations and logistics to optimize inventory across the supply chain consistent with customer service.

Key achievements
. I handle 2173-part numbers ,32 production lines main customers (Mercedes, Toyota, Gm, Ford)
. I reconfigure the planning of row material purchasing to optimize inventory 
. I implement the PFEP to reduce space and optimize transportation in order to reduce inventory
. Increase the Turns to 11 ATRs
. Reduce 95% of the obsolete material and increase the space
. I increase and maintain the KPIs, teamwork with the people to solve problems.
. Maintain the 100% on timely delivery and create the customer voice for customer service

Reporting to me 3 materials managers, planning, customer service, production control with 300 people direct and indirect, manufacturing site with 1800 employees managing €35M inventory responsible for all supply chain (customer service, master scheduling, planning, logistics, inbound, outbound, warehouse management ,shipping, receiving, sourcing).

. Reduce inventory in €2.5 M
. Implement Kanban system to reduce WIP inventory 
. Increase the inventory accuracy to 95% and FG in 100% adherence 98%
. Implement the KPIs for each department to track the performance
. Transfer process in Varroc lighting-Czech Republic to Monterrey for internal 3PL.
. Reduce in 90% past due service parts 
. Shipping on timely 100% with all customers GM, FCA, Mercedes Benz, Ford, Nissan, VW 

Responsible for all supply chain (customer service, master scheduling, planning, logistics, impo/expo, warehouse, shipping, receiving) relocate warehouse for new location and work to set up a Kanban system to supply all the material in lines by shift, launch new project K2XX for GM, 70 sets per hour , JIT plant for GM Ramos Arizpe.

Managing 8 direct and 70 indirect people (customer service, production planning, materials planning, logistics, impo/expo, warehouse, shipping, receiving) stabilize inventory and identify shortages to minimize down time lines from 60 to 1 hour per week, implement a system of returnable containers to increase delivery performance from 50% to 100% (service parts as well)

Reorganize materials department to apply automotive philosophy, establish new policies to improve in short period time shortage material to eliminate lines shutdown, organize annual fiscal inventory.

Launch new Technotrim plant at Monclova, Coahuila, responsible for all supply chain in 4 different sites of Johnson Controls Implement world-class systems of inventory and materials planning management. Identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize performance and inventory management efficiencies. Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive implementations, communicate and deploy procedures and corporate policy.
