- Oversee the butler service department and butler service desk agents.
- Vip, Celebrities & Family traditions program by Marriot.   
- Work aside with Front office & Concierge. 

- Manage his agenda, elaborate reports (occ%, sales & marketing, elaborate audits of AAA & leading hotel of the world standards and it’s reports, etc.)
- Active participation in sales fairs, wholesale training and travels and oversee Spa’s of Tafer Resorts.
