Internal communications manager

Translated, adapted, and implemented internal communications projects and organizational effectiveness developments in Mexican facilities. Carried out the statistical and qualitative analyses of the Q3 pulse survey and was responsible for presenting proposals to the leading managers of the company. I increased my expertise in remote working using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, Skype, Google Meets. I reported directly to the corporate offices in Dearborn, MI.

Assessed and implemented strategies & guidelines to improve Corporate HR and marketing communications plans for client companies.

Managed marketing and sales operations. Coordinated media management, marketing communications, and public relations. I was interviewed on radio shows and was designated to speak in 28 conferences at universities, schools, and companies to attract prospects.

Managed this project based on the completion of an intranet to update banking information and provide online innovative solutions for both marketing and sales areas. Evaluated and improved its performance reducing the editing and publishing time, moving it to a faster hosting server, and redesigning for better user acceptance. 

Established the general business strategy, deployed the marketing communications plan, managed sales, customer service, and public relations. I implemented both face-to-face (37 sessions) & online auto training videos. Designed a website, created a video channel and an online conference room. Gained remote work experience: conducted 49 webinars and meetings.   

Designed and implemented marketing communications strategies in English. Coordinated our participation in international Aerospace and Manufacturing expos and conferences in the US and Europe. Organized corporate events and presentations. Copywrote and designed brochures, website pages, ads in business magazines, newsletters, ads and profile to be published in investing guides and articles published in business magazines. I restyled the look of two exhibition booths with enhanced graphic elements increasing the visitors' counting by 32%.

Designed and implemented HR internal corporate communications strategies nationwide. Adapted campaigns and corporate programs coming from our main offices in the U.S. I revived an internal magazine by turning it into an attractive high-impact publication. Contributed to the Life Quality Program: campaigns, organizational climate study, and implementing complaints & suggestions mailboxes, the red phone line & direct email. Copywrote the México CEO’s speeches and presentations in English and Spanish.
