•	Coordination of a cost energy reduction initiative through lighting usage's control in MX29 building. Projected savings = $44K. 
•	Execution of a DMAIC project to optimize jib bore machines in the tool room that provided the following results: Annual Savings $65 K , 50% improvement on tooling fabrication output (delivered orders) and 45% reduction on cycle time.
•	Lead a Tiger Team in charge of past due recovery of heat exchanger pre cooler WP 1 for Airbus A350 aircraft. These are the highlights:
- Recovery achieved as planned. Past Due was burned down on Week 27-2017.
- 57% Productivity improvement, 75% lead time reduction, 50% cycle time reduction 
- Week rate increment from 1 to 8 units per week
