Accountability on the following tasks:
•	Track performance of direct delivery orders to Boeing and Gulfstream (OTD).
•	Represent company on customers' meeting.
•	Customer service on direct orders delivery. 
•	Coordinate site to document recovery plans and presenting them to customers.
•	Coordinate site and prepare information for customers’ rate readiness assessment and audits (IPCA, IRR, PRA, capacity planning tool, KPC data, etc).
•	Analyze site performance and coordinate improvement or recovery on metrics which are not meeting targets.
•	Coordinate top management for weekly reporting of Strategic Projects and Annual Operation Plan performance.
•	Tracking work cells productivity improvement strategies and results.
•	Report productivity performance and improvement initiatives to corporate headquarters.
•	Lead site’s strategy deployment to support manufacturing ramp up.
•	Lead a breakthrough project (A3) to improve employee turnover ratio. 
Achievements:
•	Improvement on major customers OTTR from 84% on 2015 to 92% on 2016.
•	Implementation of a productivity tracking report and MOS for goal achievement's recognition at the site. Overall productivity improvement 13% in 2016 vs 2015.
•	Coordination of a cost energy reduction initiative through lighting usage's control in MX29 building. Projected savings = $44K. 
•	Execution of a DMAIC project to optimize jib bore machines in the tool room that provided the following results: Annual Savings $65 K , 50% improvement on tooling fabrication output (delivered orders) and 45% reduction on cycle time.
•	Lead a Tiger Team in charge of past due recovery of heat exchanger pre cooler WP 1 for Airbus A350 aircraft. These are the highlights:
- Recovery achieved as planned. Past Due was burned down on Week 27-2017.
- 57% Productivity improvement, 75% lead time reduction, 50% cycle time reduction 
- Week rate increment from 1 to 8 units per week

Responsible for maintenance and setting up of TIMSA ´s facilities in Mexicali. Those are two manufacturing plants and two warehouses and main accountability includes definition and execution of projects to improve facilities besides capital and expense resources optimization.
•	Capital Expenditure (CapEx) coordinator, Assure capital project management procedure is followed since scope of work definition, budgeting, justification, approval process through execution. Track projects performance according with scope, budget and schedule.
•	Project management on Facilities improvement projects.
•	Ownership of Facilities Preventive Maintenance program.
•	Contractors supervision for maintenance, repairs, modifications and construction on buildings including lighting, fences, roofs, restrooms, plumbing, gates, security booths, pavement floor, concrete floor, offices, gardens, etc.
•	Development and actualization of 2012-2025 facilities vision and Capital Expenditure Plan.

Responsible for Process Engineering. Leading a team dedicated to support production areas and others departments with process establishment, training, product cost reduction and process improvement initiatives, processes control, design and implementation of manufacturing cells, machines and equipment acquisition, technological innovation, tools/dies design and fabrication, LSS application and in general execution of process control/improvement activities and projects in three corporate business units established in Mexico. Proven experience in capital and facilities projects management, product cost, budgets management, continuous improvement, new products manufacturing introduction, development of new business unit and deployment of strategies to achieve corporative production cost goals.
Coating Specialist
•	Create documentation (manuals, instructions and procedures) and provide training related to process control of surface preparation and coatings for marine vessel industry equipment including projects for U.S. Navy, BP (British Petroleum) and Totem Ocean Trailer Express (TOTE).
•	Coating inspection on metal outfitting parts for shipbuilding industry.
•	Set up of business units for the manufacturing of ductwork and piping including finish processes as chemical dip cleaning, sandblasting and painting. Participation in the selection and installation of the equipment including paint booths with forced curing capability.
•	Follow-up complaints regarding coatings quality from customer.
•	Set up of CARC coating process on carbon steel substrates and aluminum (military specification).
