Achievements:
 Delivery time reduction and increase of machinery availability, I update the headcount and also reassigning task of members.
 Customer claims reduction due pollution in materials, establishing autonomous maintenance activities.
 Accomplishment of safety standards, I modified the warehouse and process area layout, to delimit working areas and safety way for pedestrians.
 Process cost reduction, I made an analysis of cyclical inventories and then it made a filter of obsolete materials to reduce damage in materials due handles and over inventories cost.

- I was hired to transfer a project from Poland to Mexico, but the headquarter office decided to cancel it. During my stage, I supported the production area and also providing raw material to assembly lines until the term of the contract.

- I joined to the company since the construction, so I received training in the USA and Japan to implement the standards, procedures, and activities at the local plant.

 Reduction of 30% of lost by scrap, I implemented a segregation method of scrap by Steel grades.
 Recovery of 400 m² in warehouse area, updating the finish good storage layout.
 Reduction of plant startup time coordinating installation plan and staff training.
 Reduction of packing and shipment time, I made study of movements and then a new packing layout.
 I certified the company in ISO 9000, TS16949 and the IATF 16949:2016 coordinating each department to accomplish their activities, besides this I was the host of the consultants for the certification.

besides this I also supported to engineering change in some products.
Achievements:
 Reduction of Manufacturing, to get this reduction I made an inventory of consumables and supplies then I
implemented 5’s and Kanban, because we didn’t know about the real quantity of these materials and the
company still was buying these products.

Achievements:
 Company MRP implementation and training to staff to control MRP.
 Reduction time in delivery and shipments including deliveries in others cities with a planning of deliveries and routes.
 Inventory cost reduction, I implemented cyclical counts because the Company had obsolete materials in the
system but not physical, also the Company had physical materials but they didn’t appear in the MRP system.
