Responsible for all Materials, Planning, Production Scheduling  Service level,  Purshashing, Toolcrip, & MRO  including warehousing, scrap,  cycle counting, freight logistic (Inbound Raw materials  from vendors in Mx, USA and China   and FG  to  Tijuana, Ensenada, Colorado  USA  and some OSP), Responsible for  C-Tpat , NEEC procedures, support and  lead Opex projects, SIOP coordination   with MFG, HR &   Engineering on a monthly basis, and  support  with NPI, leads and execute gemba walks with the staff, provides coaching and feedback    to   the  teams. Leads  the  deployment of  std works and Visual  controls- 

Responsible for all Materials & Planning aspects of   the company including warehousing, scrap control (Manufacturing & vendor scrap), MUV controls, cycle counting, freight logistic (El Paso, New Mexico, San Luis Potosi and Delicias), CTPAT, Basc, NEEC procedures, Internal Kanban (cut parts) & Kanban with top suppliers, monthly planning of all manufacturing cells, negotiations of new contracts (freight all Mexican plants). Direct communication with top Suppliers (Delivery and Quality).
