Revenues of $500M USD. I drove IT stability, restructure staffing and improve business relation with an operating budget of $8M USD and 10 direct reports.

	Streamlined management of systems, data and telecommunications across 15 locations in México. 
	Lead a Heat Map Process resulting in a negotiation for competitive bids and strategically sizing capacity for WAN.
	Got approval from top management for SAP assessment to optimize ERP usage.

SCM is a consultancy firm (revenues of $150M USD) focused on Business Processes Improvement for manufacturing companies and PLEX ERP representative in México.

	Implemented EDI PLEX module; customers: Polímeros del Uretano, Aceway
	Developed a strategy for earliest ROI for new customers including Gap Analysis prior ERP implementation for smoother system launch and a training plan for first- time-ERP customers.
	Lead re-engineering core businesses processes to enhance productivity in an automotive T1 manufacturing company –GKN- ($2,500M USD in revenues). Project included modifications to current EDI translator
	Supported technically SCM sales department for new prospects.

Kostal is a German family-owned automotive manufacturing company -$700M USD in revenues-. I managed IT corporate standards compliance, project planning and budgeting. I directed IT in designing, building, implementing, managing, supporting and enhancing key technologies with a team of 12 IT professionals and $ 15M USD budget

	For high availability strategy I integrated storage and backup units for offices and production data 
	Consolidated IT security on LAN access under SOX framework to improve data security / integrity
	Implemented high availability data centers for Mexican facilities (3) including WAN-LAN redesign (35% in savings annually)

Aernnova is a Spanish T1 aerospace parts manufacturer –revenues of $300M USD. I consolidated IT services for 2 facilities with a 6 staff and a $3.5M USD budget.

	As a continuous improvement strategy, I led BaaN AP/AR modules reimplementation, reducing close month time 
	Develop BCP and DRP for Business Continuity Strategy.

ArvinMeritor is an American automotive company ($ 600M USD in revenues). I directed IT services with 10 direct reports supporting QAD, help desk, data storage, backup and telecommunications for 500 users in 3 manufacturing locations.

	Influenced on corporate upgrade strategy for QAD to vanilla ice installation for 2 business units.
	Implemented purchased parts change to raw material in QAD to support corporate cost reduction initiative.
