DUTIES:
 • Annual budgeting process, monitoring the budget numbers versus monthly real results, monthly financial reports and send it to France, German and US, financial analysis on financial statements, analysis of new projects and business, financial
projections
• Accounting on Mexican GAAP and IFRS in ERP SAP BO, CHEMPAX and ASPEL, control of the company in the fiscal area, calculus and presentation of taxes (IVA, ISR, IMSS), federal and local monthly taxes, annual tax and information forms, SAT and
IMSS (SUA) tax payments, IMSS registrations and withdrawals (IDSE).
• Treasury, control of investments, control of Fixed Assets, control of budgeted OPEX, costing of manufacturing and imports,
supervision of imports and exports, human resources, bank reconciliations.
• Supervision of departments of accounting, sales, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, warehouse, invoicing, logistics, payroll.
• Attention to SAT IMSS and STPS audits and requirements, coordination and compliance with external auditors (KPMG /
DELOITTE), promotions to various institutions, attention to matters with the various subsidiaries abroad, attention to quarterly meetings with all the group's subsidiaries, various procedures with government offices and private companies related to the activity of the company.
Achievements:
• Establish a collection control and reduce the ratio of accounts receivable from 80 to 65 days.
• Establish a payment control and increase the balance in the bank accounts in local and foreign currency. • Establish a control of national and foreign purchases and lower the inventory ratio from 120 to 90 days.

DUTIES:
• Annual budget process and monitoring budget numbers versus real monthly spending, preparing monthly financial consolidated reports with LATAM in US GAAP for decision of managers in Mexico and the US with its own analysis and financial strategy.
• Evaluation of investment projects, financial projections, preparation of quarterly Gain and Losses report, control of petite cash, support to the accounting department.

DUTIES:
• Accounting of financial information in ASPEL systems
• Control of the company in the fiscal area, preparation of federal and local monthly taxes, IMSS registrations and withdrawals
(IDSE), annual declaration and annual information tax forms
• Financial analysis of new accounts, financial reports for the administration
• Supervision of departments of accounting, warehouse, purchasing, human resources, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, logistics, inventory control.
• Elaboration of bids, costing of services, attention to customers and suppliers, attention to SAT and IMSS requirements, attention to auditors and lawyers, support to the payroll department, various procedures with governmental institutions and private companies related to the business of the company.
Achievements:
• Reduce the ratio of accounts receivable from 60 to 30 days
• Eradicate ant theft from the cleaning products store
• Design the logistics plan for material delivery at the work points

DUTIES:
• Posting accounting information in ASPEL systems, payroll process.
• Financial analysis of new businesses, financial reports for administration.
• Control of the company in the fiscal area, determination of federal and local monthly taxes, annual declaration and annual
information tax forms, payment of IMSS, IMSS registrations and withdrawals,
• Supervision of departments of invoicing, purchasing, human resources, imports, accounts payable, logistics, inventory control
• Operations in foreign currency, import costing, attention to tax requirements, attention to auditors, commercial relations with US, Canada, France, Italy and Taiwan, procedures with government institutions related to the business of the company.
Achievements:
• Design of the warehouse area to have a functional warehouse
• Improve business relationships with countries from which merchandise was imported to achieve a better cost benefit

DUTIES:
• Posting accounting information in ERP MONDIAL, payroll process, expatriate payroll.
• Control of the company in the fiscal area, preparation of federal and local monthly taxes, annual declaration and annual
informative tax forms, IMSS payments, IMSS registrations and withdrawals
• Financial analysis of new businesses, financial reports on monthly results to Spain and the US, preparation of budgets by quarter
• Import control, import costing, human resources, operations in foreign currency, control of accounts receivables and accounts payables, supervision of purchases, control of investments, commercial relations with Spain, EU and Venezuela, attention to requirements of the Tax Ministry and IMSS, attention to auditors, procedures with diverse dependencies related to the business of the company.
Achievements:
• Establish the accounting and financial system of the company in Mexico
• Design a plan to increase the knowledge of the brand and penetration to the Mexican market in various states with livestock
