I provide technical operations support for cloud based solutions to clients on supported application, DevOps, middleware, security and infrastructure. As a single integrated E2E operation, been working with various operating systems. 
 
The task that I made is to control and help clients to solve problems that they have on operating systems, these things could be from give credential to an user to patch a server, make a health checks, give support on weekends. 
 
Managing and operation of IT hardware, software, communications, and/or application solutions, and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business.

Tasks: I’ve learn how the project works, for example. The Biztalk server architecture the section of how is constructed and works 
 
The Biztalk Mapper is used for define the relation between an input and output  schema using links and functions that you need, this are used for the translating and transforming messages Schemas, this is the structure of a message that processes this uses XML language. 
Pipelines: We use pipelines when we need to transform a file, maybe we have a flat file and we need an XML so we use pipelines that provides some implementations of the pipes and filters during the receiving and sending messages, we can use this process for the upcoming messages too, maybe we gonna receive an specific file and we need to transform, for the Receive pipelines we had four stages(Decode, Dissamble, Validate, Resolve) for the sending we have(Pre-assemble, Assemble and Encode). Orchestration: Executable business processes and logic flow of Biztalk, we manage processes and info that can subscribe that can receive and Publish that send those messages through the message box on the DB (DataBase) the orchestrations constructs a new message with help of the pipelines, maps and some artifacts. Receive Locations: Adresses that will receive the message, we control the interfaces on the biztalk administrator console, here we can configure all the properties that we need for the receiving message. Receive port: Here we have two types the one-way and two-way, both can receive and send messages, and here we have the properties to configure and add the receive locations that will need and the inbound maps. Send Ports: Here can configure the sending message where we will configure the Type, sendhandler, sendpipeline, the filters the outbound maps and basically here we configure all the sendport will need. 
 
From the SQL side, here we develop something called Mantis, basically are configs that will be used for the communication between everything, for this we will need receive locations maps and more like to which server will be used, database, routing code which will order by Country and the partner, the interface that will be using, the transaction that will be. 
 
Visual studio Biztalk Project: Here we Worked with C#, .NET, and MVC, IIS configurations. manage all the interface, and here we will design the project and all the interface that will, as we see before here we going to develop the maps, schemas, pipelines and more configurations, also here is ordered by country, entity, etc. 
 
Service Now, from support side I attended tickets here when the Clients were reporting they did not receive the messages, there was any problem to a mantis, interface, even SQL with any database, because sometimes some message got stuck so we have to take a look to the DB or the Biztalk Server Administrator, also the things of support that we see are the multifunction, and things related to the Webservices and Internet Information Services. 

Tasks: I’ve learn agile methodology, Programing in SAP, SAP HANA, Microsoft Biztalk, C#,  MVC and Microsoft Biztalk (Azure) we learn how it works, working with some projects, connecting servers and data bases, we are actually using Microsoft Azure too, what is the process to attend the tickets from the beginning to the end.

Tasks: Programming C#, .NET, MVC, IIS and Programing industrial collaborative robots of the company Industrial Robotics Solutions Mexico for the implementation in industrial plants or conveyors, collaborative programming with partners to make a connection 
of the robot  with a network and send coordinates or load programs of the robot by means of network, work with the team creating and programming in general C# and .Net for the first flight simulator with a robot, project leader with the commercial service robots with artificial intelligence of the company Qihan Robots (Sanbot Elf and NANO), the robots were supported and programmed, meetings were attended with the company by callings and video chat, was a Chinese Company so I adapted to the early morning hours and talk only in English as well as programming.   We attended massive technology events showing the Robots and making the company known, I participated in another project in a flight simulator of the same company (Industrial Robotics Solutions Mexico) which was presented at another massive technology event (Talent Land).
