Costumer service

At bitesquad a food delivery service. My task was to provide assistance to our drivers while they were on their way to drop off the order. I would also help our costumer service area, by cancelling orders, taking orders, changing them as well. Answering chats and returning calls if needed.

At computacenter as a service desk agent my role was to assist doctors with any technical difficulty they encountered with the companie's device. Such as printer, computers, iPads, iPhones, and androids. I would also answer emails and return calls if needed. This job also required lots of multitasking abilities as well as patience to provide a solution to any type of inquiry.

At TeleTech a cable company. My role was to assist costumers with any inquiries they had in regards to their cable plan, billing cycle or any upgrades. Transfer call to their correct department. This job required the ability to multitask, which I find very easy.

Will be concluding my high school certificate this year.
