COGNOS to update several Databases like SQL Server and DB2 Develop and support
several client legacy applications, applying experience to response production issues when
required in addition. Responsible to validate the load and extraction of client information
using SQL Services. Develop several BI process to extract, transform and load client
information to improve the client marketing process, SOX Complaints.

Power Center and SAS to update several Databases like SQL Server and DB2
Develop and support several client legacy applications, applying experience to response

Design and Develop several data extracting Macros using MS Excel, MS Access link tables
and SQL Server.

Responsible for developing updates to the Database Language SQL, Developer of Macros
in Excel under the Visual Basic Application, Development Reports, Metrics (MRP
Execution, E & O Screening Inventory) and Automation in the following platforms: Excel,
Business Intelligence (Reporting Services), Business Object (SAP), in charge of planning
processes. With the development of these macros area performance improved by 90%
(GDL JAL)
