Professional objective

My goal is to help the company achieve its objectives through process improvement and ensure the creation, implementation and management of strategies generate added value in the activities carried out, obtaining professional and work growth. 

Working Experience

Supporting the Vice President of Human Resources at Grupo Axo, which is a retail company with more than 25 brands in Mexico and Chile. I perform various secretarial and administrative activities related to improve times, speed up the delivery of work, sense of urgency to relevant issues.

•	In charge of the logistics and organization of meetings like Compensation Management meetings, obtaining a saving of 30% of the budget, making quotations of coffee break, presents for the members, agenda, etc.

•	Supporting one year the American Vice President of Marketing, helping her to established in Mexico. Charge of the scheduling  her trainings with the different areas of the company to knew the intern processes, making the travel arrangements, request and follow up for national documentation.

•	Responsible to cover two positions of reception, scheduling interviews in accordance with the job description to cover the vacancies.

•	Making travel arrangements like flights, transportation, hotel reservation to international candidates of different positions that have to come to Mexico, for the interviews with the CEO and VP’s of the company.
