This project was a migration from Exchange 2010 on premises to hybrid.  I migrated 350 Exchange user mailboxes to Office 365, creating a hybrid environment between Exchange 2010 and Exchange Online/Office365.  I used Azure AD connect to sync the Active Directory credentials to the cloud, replacing the Barracuda and ZixGateway.  This included replicating the policies to EOP for DLP and encryption for HIPAA compliance. I used Microsoft Intune Integration with a Security Group for Advance MDM management on the Hybrid Exchange environment.
