About Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative from LATAM to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business growth by handling inside sales, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients in the construction industry.

What you’ll do:
- Identify potential clients through research and outreach in Construction industry.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to schedule sales calls.
- Coordinate and set up meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
- Maintain with accurate information on leads and activities.
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy and business development efforts.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong written communication skills in English (B2 level).
- Proven ability to generate leads and set appointments for sales teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
