Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.
his segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network.
The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications.
The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Role Purpose This position will become part of a team focused on Transformational improvements across the Reynosa campus.
This person will become a Transformational expert through on the job experience, mentorship, and internal / external training.
This position will be a pathway position to other technical and / or leadership roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities Act as a change agent to foster a culture of transformational step change throughout the organization and drive measurable process improvements across the Reynosa campusLeverage data to predict and identify opportunities Effectively manage and lead critical business projects that are initiated by senior leadership.
Enhance process standardization through effective root cause analysis and the implementation of rigorous standards focused on improved efficiency, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
Effectively present data and analysis to stakeholders Ensure CSC standards are maintained through effective project management and a controlled documentation program.
Manage confidential and proprietary information with discretion and sound judgment.
Experiences/Education - Required   BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics Fundamental understanding of Lean, Project management Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets; Advanced Excel, Power Bi Bilingual Minimum of 1 years of experience in utilizing project management tools to support organizational objectives and operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a team environment At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or technical environment Experience supporting and solving complex problems.
