PGA Apps EngineerJob Description.
s FPGA Apps Engineer at Arrow Electronics, you will be supporting Arrow's customers to enable their end-products and speed-up time to market.
Projects may consist of small modifications to existing code up to projects requiring ground-up firmware development driven by formal statements of work.
hat You'll Be Doing.
Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, replicating setups, troubleshooting issues, and resolving FPGA-related challenges.
ssist with design migration between FPGA devices, ensuring seamless functionality and optimized performance.
ollaborate closely with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure successful design implementation and system integration.
evelop and optimize FPGA designs as needed, focusing on synthesis, timing closure, and performance goals.
erify and troubleshoot hardware designs using simulation tools, logic analyzers, and other debugging equipment.
tilize FPGA-specific tools (e.
., Modelsim, QuestaSim, Quartus) for simulation, synthesis, and debugging to support customer projects.
eview customer specifications and provide technical guidance to align designs with project requirements and best practices.
ocument technical findings and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

achelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or related degree.
