As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Necodex, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our SaaS software with hardware solutions.
You'll leverage your understanding of our products, sales methodology, and customer base to identify and close deals with construction and real estate partners.
This role requires a proactive, consultative approach to prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals while representing our brand and mission.
Key Responsibilities.
Apply a deep understanding of products, sales processes, and prospecting techniques to sell our SaaS software with hardware solutions.
Use tools like LinkedIn, Dodge, and ZoomInfo to create prospect lists, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how we can solve their problems.
Build and execute a territory strategy and account plan to maximize revenue potential.
Timely follow-up and qualification of new prospects from inbound leads or outbound efforts.
Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within HubSpot.
Develop and present hard-dollar ROI models to support the AI business case.
Collaborate with internal teams (product management, operations, marketing, leadership, and engineering) to address prospect needs and issues.
Stay informed about key competitors to communicate our value proposition effectively.
Network, build relationships, conduct cold calling, lead follow-ups, product demonstrations, and service agreement executions.
Accurately forecast sales pipeline and assess revenue potential within your territory.
Work with partners and ecosystem players to extend reach and drive solution adoption.
Take a consultative approach to prospect requirements while maintaining an aggressive sales mindset to present the best solutions.
What You'll Bring.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and prospecting techniques.
Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn sales navigator, Dodge, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to create and present ROI models and business cases.
Knowledge of the construction and real estate industries is a plus.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
