Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pmResponsibilities:• Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.• Design, expand and manager training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual• Deliver system training to existing staff, both one-on-one and groups sessions • Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees• First month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required • Set up and administer users in software applications • Evaluate training and development programs, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance• Trouble shoot systems issues • Support the Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required including systems implementations, process improvement, data cleansing
