he Catalyst Team is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join our full-time team as a full-time employee.
ualifications.
achelors degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
Project Management certification preferred.
roven experience as a Traffic Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced creative agency or marketing department.
trong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
xceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

nowledge of creative production processes, including print, digital, and multimedia, is highly desirable.
esponsibilities.
roject CoordinationOversee the end-to-end process of marketing and creative projects, from initial briefing to final delivery.
ollaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, marketing managers, revenue, product and operations teams, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
evelop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated appropriately.
onduct regular project status meetings to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and address any issues or risks.
raffic ManagementManage the flow of creative assets, including artwork, copy, and digital media, to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
mplement and maintain a robust system for tracking projects, tasks, and approvals.
oordinate with internal teams to prioritize project requests and allocate resources accordingly.
onitor project milestones and proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks.
ork closely with marketing operations to monitor handle time, ensuring SLA’s are met and areas for efficiency are identified.
ommunication and CollaborationAct as a central point of contact for all creative project-related inquiries and updates.
