As part of the development of our maintenance 4.
activity, ABB is recruiting its Predictive Maintenance Technician/Digital Tech Support.
n\nYou will be responsible for the operational management of the remote monitoring technical cell, provide level 1 support and ensure that recommendations are implemented to improve the reliability and availability of variable speed drives (Drives).
This position reports to Service Manager Your responsibilities Supervising the proper operation of the monitored variable speed drives.
Analyzing and identify signs of failure and recommend corrective action.
Providing remote technical assistance.
Making requests to the Field Service team.
If necessary, carrying out maintenance operations.
Writing expert reports on equipment.
Ensuring the deployment of new remote monitoring installations.
Promoting the digital offer in support of service sales representatives.
Your background At least 2 years of higher education in electrical engineering.
At least 2 years' experience in customer service.
Reading, writing and speaking English.
minimum level B1 as well as fluent French.
Autonomy, availability, rigor, mobility, responsiveness, good customer relations.
Customer, market and improvement orientation.
Responsibility and performance.
No obstacles to travel (%).
Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules.
