ystem Support Specialist, will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's software systems.
Will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues.
Responsibilities.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
iagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
erform regular system monitoring to proactively identify and address potential issues.
ollaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in a timely manner.
aintain accurate documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
ssist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure system security and data integrity.
onduct user training sessions to promote efficient and effective use of technology resources.
tay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
roven experience as a System Support Specialist or similar role, demonstrating strong technical troubleshooting skills.
n-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
amiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud computing platforms (e.
., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
trong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end users and collaborate with team members.
roactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
