ummary.
We are looking for a Desk Support Specialist with skills in NinjaOne or similar endpoint system administration to provide technical support to internal users and clients of our company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage the NinjaOne system.
esponsibilities.
Provide technical support to internal users and clients of the company via tickets and other tracking tools.
Manage and resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administer the NinjaOne system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with other technical teams to identify and resolve complex issues.
Provide basic training on the use of the NinjaOne system to new internal users.
Document and maintain accurate records of all interactions and solutions provided to users.
Participate in projects related to NinjaOne system improvements and other IT initiatives as needed.
Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and enhancements in the NinjaOne system and other related technologies.
